Weekly Reading: A Dance Between Individual Power and Collective Purpose

The energy of this week is profoundly shaped by the New Moon in Taurus on Sunday, April 27th, and the intense opposition between Mars in Leo and Pluto in Aquarius. This powerful cosmic tension brought us to a high-level test.

On one side, Mars in Leo ignited the urge to express our raw authenticity, creativity, and individuality. On the other, Pluto in Aquarius reminded us that such expression must serve transformation—not just for the self, but for the collective. This created a paradox: a deep desire for personal freedom, yet a subtle restraint. Our impulses were tempered. And that inner control, for many, created a sensation of anxiety and even a momentary loss of self. We were being asked to slow down in a moment when our soul was longing to move.

New Moons are moments of energetic intensity—seed-planting phases where we initiate the projects and dreams that will bloom over the next six months. And Taurus, the most fertile of the Earth signs, offers long-lasting grounding. What is seeded during this New Moon holds the potential to flourish in the long run. That’s why so many of us felt an inner urge to materialize something now—something deeply true to who we are—while simultaneously hearing the call of a Higher Voice reminding us: what you create must serve the whole.

How do we balance individuality and collective service? That is the question this week carries.

We begin the week with an awakening—of that which hurt. We suddenly see the why behind the pain. And that clarity brings a sense of liberation. Perhaps we are not as weak or as vulnerable as we once felt. Perhaps we’ve simply forgotten how to access our inner truth. In reality we suffered because we did not listen to ourselves. Instead, we’ve handed our power to external narratives that kept us small. This awakening positions us differently. We begin to take ownership. We realize that where we felt stuck, we were in fact choosing stagnation—because we were feeding a story of disempowerment. That narrative once served a purpose in our creation. But the moment we get tired of suffering, we shift. We rewrite the story. And we reclaim control. The reason why we fed a story of disempowerment was simply because it liberates us from the pain of failure in first person, it is always easier to blame others if we don’t do well. now the question here is: Do we fear failure or we fear success?

Reclaiming control also means moving forward. We often stay in our comfort zone because—even in the discomfort—there’s a hidden gain. But with full awareness comes full choice. “We are invited to take the next step—to walk toward our dreams, which always fulfill two sacred criteria: personal fulfillment and collective benefit. Always, and face the fear that held us back. Often, it’s not the fear of failure that binds us, but the fear of our own success. And in fearing success, we unconsciously assume failure as the safer outcome. We pretend others hold power over us, when in truth, we are afraid of the power within us.

This week teaches us that awareness is power. It is the awakening of your inner voice, your inner gift. If you’ve ever wondered why you are here, the answer is simple: you are meant to do what you are naturally good at. When you follow that call, you align with your purpose—and that always leads to success. We are invited to take the next step—to walk toward our dreams, which always bring personal gratification and collective benefit, for one is never dissociated from the other.

Success manifested in abundance. The universe begins to provide. Opportunities flow as a form of divine compensation. But remember: you are the source of that abundance. It is generated by your faithfulness to yourself.

As life moves into motion, we will face moments of doubt, where the mind wants to take control—to choose the “safe” or “statistically successful” path. But this week invites us to go deeper. To reconnect with the inner child—the one who dreamed, imagined, and saw their future clearly. That inner vision wasn’t a memory from the past. It was a message from your future self. That child always knew your true calling. Returning to that essence creates resonance, and that resonance draws opportunities to you.

There is nothing more beautifying than doing what you love. When we express our talents from the soul, we not only create structure with ease, but we also find our rightful place—our status, our space. Our radiance becomes a bridge between personal gain and collective benefit—you receive from your own essence, and in doing so, others are uplifted. That is the true manifestation of your inner sun.

Success doesn’t have to be exhausting. It doesn’t need to come through struggle. When you move from your core truth, it flows with joy. From your center, you emanate light—and that light illuminates the path for others, too.

My name is Lala Gomez, and I was born in Colombia. My spiritual path was initiated in 2004 through Islam, which I studied in depth for many years. Between 2004 and 2012, I immersed myself in the spiritual, mystical, and theological dimensions of the tradition—a study that continued for a decade more as I began to integrate esoteric tools and other schools of thought, including Kabbalah, Astrology, and Tarot. In 2012, I consciously stepped into a healing process that became a turning point in my life. Guided by a natural connection to Reiki, Tarot, and Astrology, I began developing a personal practice rooted in energy work, intuitive insight, and symbolic exploration. Tarot, in particular, became a therapeutic path for inner listening and healing, which I now offer through a method that blends systemic perspectives, subtle energy, and ancestral wisdom. In 2014, I founded islamenespanol.co to share the essence of Islam beyond rigid interpretations. After a decade of transformation, I launched thecircleofhanik.com—a space dedicated to universal spiritual guidance, beyond the boundaries of any single tradition. Currently, I’m developing a sacred method of natal chart interpretation based on the 28 lunar mansions and the Divine Names of God, inspired by the teachings of Sufi master Ibn Arabi. I’m also writing a book on the 99 Names of Allah as living aspects of the soul’s essence and pathways for inner integration.
