The Alchemy of the Feminine: Reintegration of the Fragmented Self

The fracture of women throughout recent history—over the past couple of millennia—continues to exact a price: a persistent struggle to understand their true nature, and a pressure to fit into archetypes that often require resigning or sacrificing aspects of the self that do not conform.

In societies shaped by patriarchal norms, men often embody a duality: the public face of honor and propriety versus private desires that are socially condemned. This creates a division between the archetypes of the Queen and the Lover in women.

The Queen represents the socially acceptable woman: a wife, a mother, a figure whose dress, conduct, and presence conform to societal expectations. She embodies status, duty, and recognition, yet she may be deprived of the raw, unrestrained desire that exists in her inner world. The Lover, on the other hand, represents the woman who embodies desire, freedom, and sexuality—qualities often hidden, dismissed, or condemned by society. The Lover cannot fully exist in public spaces without judgment, while the Queen cannot fully experience desire without risking social sanction.

Throughout history, women have often been conditioned to favor the Queen within themselves while repressing the Lover and the High Priestess. The High Priestess embodies the spiritual, the healer, the one whose presence alone carries transformative power. When these three archetypes exist in conflict, the woman experiences fragmentation: the Queen holds the throne without desire, the Lover has desire without status, and the High Priestess heals yet remains unseen or unchosen.

The awakening of the Witch archetype—the reclaiming of the Lover within—activates sexual energy and the full spectrum of feminine power. Integration of these energies is crucial: desire, status, and spiritual authority do not need to exist in opposition. When a woman harmonizes these aspects of herself, she aligns with her full potential: devotion, desire, respect, and choice all become accessible simultaneously.

Men of patriarchal conditioning often perpetuate this fragmentation. They may honor women publicly while being drawn privately to qualities deemed socially unacceptable. They may struggle to recognize or integrate their own masculine wholeness, which results in a cycle of unbalanced relationships: queens deprived of desire, lovers deprived of status, and high priestesses overlooked for their spiritual depth.

However, a woman who embraces her full spectrum—queen, lover, and high priestess—places herself on a frequency that attracts a man who is equally integrated. Such a man is secure, unthreatened by her depth, desire, or authority, and does not seek to control or diminish any part of her. The focus is not on transforming men, but on the woman’s own process of reintegration. By embracing all aspects of herself, a woman naturally resonates with masculine wholeness and fosters relationships built on true mutual respect, desire, and devotion.

Being chosen begins with choosing oneself. A woman must accept all her aspects, all her corners, coming fully into her body, connecting with her temple, inhabiting and embodying it. Her womb becomes a portal of transformation, her third eye a tool to perceive reality, and her heart open to contain and love unconditionally.

When fully integrated, a woman awakens sorority instead of judgment toward her sisters. Her focus shifts from seeking validation from external masculine energy to self-validation—choosing herself first. She stops allowing society to impose pressures about age, appearance, style, or standards, and instead embraces freedom on her own terms. True freedom is not about conforming to societal archetypes of what a “free woman” should look like; it is about connecting to her own pleasure, her own rhythms, and her own sense of joy.

This is not about dress codes, beauty standards, or external appearances—it is about being fully comfortable and radiant in her own temple, loving her body, and embracing her inner power. It is about honoring her cycles, her menstruation, and the natural changes throughout the lunar month. She becomes aligned with the feminine within herself without needing to compete with men to claim her place in the world. She recognizes her worth and presence as inherent, not contingent on being seen as powerful, capable, or deserving by others.

A woman does not need to adopt masculine traits to be recognized as capable, nor must she perform femininity to be respected as a queen. She does not need to compromise her dignity or boundaries to be desired as a priestess. She simply needs to embody herself fully, love herself, honor her true desires, preferences, and dreams, and continually ask whether her actions arise from a need for external reassurance or from the freedom of authentic self-expression.

She does not need to sacrifice any aspect of herself to preserve others; she can be whole, complete, and multifaceted. The more fully she embraces herself, the more she naturally attracts people who love her as she truly is.

My name is Lala Gomez, and I was born in Colombia. My spiritual path was initiated in 2004 through Islam, which I studied in depth for many years. Between 2004 and 2012, I immersed myself in the spiritual, mystical, and theological dimensions of the tradition—a study that continued for a decade more as I began to integrate esoteric tools and other schools of thought, including Kabbalah, Astrology, and Tarot. In 2012, I consciously stepped into a healing process that became a turning point in my life. Guided by a natural connection to Reiki, Tarot, and Astrology, I began developing a personal practice rooted in energy work, intuitive insight, and symbolic exploration. Tarot, in particular, became a therapeutic path for inner listening and healing, which I now offer through a method that blends systemic perspectives, subtle energy, and ancestral wisdom. In 2014, I founded islamenespanol.co to share the essence of Islam beyond rigid interpretations. After a decade of transformation, I launched thecircleofhanik.com—a space dedicated to universal spiritual guidance, beyond the boundaries of any single tradition. Currently, I’m developing a sacred method of natal chart interpretation based on the 28 lunar mansions and the Divine Names of God, inspired by the teachings of Sufi master Ibn Arabi. I’m also writing a book on the 99 Names of Allah as living aspects of the soul’s essence and pathways for inner integration.
